About the Role
- Job Title: Software Engineer (Telemetry)
- Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid Role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise telemetry reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted solutions supporting Client’s datacenter operations.
- Work across the complete solution lifecycle, including reporting, data modeling, automation, reporting & analytics agent development, production support, and continuous enhancements.
- Build solutions using modern Client’s technologies, including Power BI, Azure Data Explorer (Kusto), Grafana, Copilot technologies, and Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to improving telemetry visibility, data quality, operational monitoring, and production reliability at enterprise scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong experience developing reporting, analytics, automation, and data solutions using Power BI, Grafana, SQL, Kusto or similar analytics platforms, Python, PowerShell or C#, data modeling, ETL/data pipelines, Azure DevOps, and AI-assisted reporting & analytics agent components. Experience with telemetry, monitoring, or operational systems is preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$180,000 - $200,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
