AI Innovation Specialist

Kuwait Danish Dairy Company (KDD) is seeking an AI Innovation Specialist who will play a key role in accelerating AI innovation across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on AI professional who is passionate about emerging technologies, rapid experimentation, and transforming ideas into practical AI solutions and prototypes

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate emerging AI technologies, trends, and market developments
• Prepare AI insights, research briefs, and thought leadership content for business stakeholders
• Test and assess leading GenAI platforms including ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging tools
• Build and demonstrate AI prototypes, custom GPTs, workflows, and low-code/no-code solutions
• Translate business opportunities into clear, testable AI use cases
• Develop presentations, concept papers, and visual materials to communicate AI opportunities and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI adoption and innovation initiatives
• Ensure all AI experimentation and activities align with company governance, security, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience, including hands-on use of Generative AI technologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience building AI prototypes, custom GPTs, automations, or AI-driven solutions
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and conversational AI design
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Platform, Make, Zapier, n8n, Custom GPTs, or Claude Projects
• Basic to intermediate data analytics and visualization skills using Excel and Power BI, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Exposure to FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries is an advantage
• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) are mandator
