The opportunity
As a Finance Transformation Analyst, you will be the core technical asset behind Envision Pharma's finance modernization agenda. Working closely with FP&A leadership, you will connect and automate data flows across our financial systems, build tools that eliminate manual reporting work, and develop AI-assisted workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Claude, fundamentally changing how the finance organization operates. Finance or accounting domain knowledge is not required and is not a differentiator in our selection process. We are looking for strong data analysis and automation fundamentals.
This position is fully remote in Hungary/UK/USA.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Role responsibilities
- Connect and extract data from our core financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, SharePoint) and build ETL pipelines feeding our Azure Data Warehouse. Build and maintain SQL-based data models that power reporting and planning.
- Identify and automate recurring finance and accounting workflows: transaction reconciliations, project setup in NetSuite/OpenAir, and other manual processes across the close and reporting cycle.
- Build Power BI and React dashboards for finance leadership and the CFO. Automate recurring reporting packages and support scheduled distribution to executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to building practical AI-powered tools using Claude (Anthropic) and Microsoft Copilot/Azure OpenAI, including variance commentary, anomaly flagging, and narrative generation.
- Administer and maintain Adaptive Insights, manage user access, perform monthly actuals loads, support model updates, and serve as the day-to-day technical owner of the platform in coordination with FP&A
- Update, monitor, and periodically audit built solutions (pipelines, automations, and dashboards) to ensure continued accuracy and reliability.
- Support recurring management reporting and ad hoc analysis requests alongside core build work
Do you have what we are looking for?
Role requirement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent through certifications or project/work experience
- Experience building dashboards or visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Python and SQL skills with demonstrable automation experience. Portfolio or GitHub preferred
- Hands-on experience automating Excel-based workflows (Power Automate, scripting, or macros)
- Familiarity with cloud/data warehouse environments and API integrations
Preferred qualifications
- Built at least one AI agent or LLM-powered workflow and comfortable extending it
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or Claude (Anthropic API)
- Experience with Power Automate or similar tools; basic React a plus
- Exposure to Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, or OpenAir or similar ERP and Planning tools
Competencies
- End-to-end thinking: understands how data flows from source systems through to reporting and decision-making, and designs solutions with the full pipeline in mind rather than in isolation
- Continuously learning: stays current with emerging tools, platforms, and AI capabilities and brings new ideas to the team
- Curious and self-directed: proactively explores new tools and platforms without waiting to be asked
- Up to date on the market: keeps a pulse on the latest in data, automation, and AI tooling and applies it practically
Interview process
Candidates may be asked to complete a hands-on case study as part of the selection process, covering automation, agent building, and data analytics. Bringing prior work examples, a portfolio, or a GitHub profile is strongly encouraged.
