SQL Developer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll work as a data mining analytics engineer on a technically complex autonomous vehicle data domain, onboarding fast and navigating ambiguity with minimal hand-holding. Working with Databricks and Airflow pipelines, you'll mine and analyze large datasets while pushing for clarity rather than waiting for it. What You'll Do

• Mine and analyze complex datasets using SQL for analytics engineering use cases.
• Operate and maintain Databricks and Airflow data pipelines.
• Write Python scripts to support data processing and analysis workflows.
• Follow Git and PR workflows and CI practices as part of daily development.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and navigate ambiguity independently.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data mining and analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Airflow for pipeline operations.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Git, PR workflows, and CI practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity proactively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with PySpark.
• Familiarity with matplotlib, pandas, or data visualization tools.
• Experience with Jira or basic project self-management tools.
