The Role

• Design and develop scalable data models that support analytics and operational use cases
• Build and maintain data pipelines to integrate multiple data sources into a unified platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
• Lead the development of analytics workflows, metrics, and data products
• Contribute to the design and evolution of the organisation’s data platform and architecture
• Promote best practices across data modelling, testing, and deployment

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with a modern data stack
• Experience working with tools such as dbt, Redshift, Looker or similar platforms
• Strong programming capability in Python or an equivalent language
• Proven ability to develop robust, scalable data models in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
