This is a hands-on, highly operational role with real ownership and significant growth potential for someone looking to build expertise in revenue analytics, systems integration, and commercial data architecture within a fast-growing fintech environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analytics and Insight - Translate commercial data into clear, decision-ready insight for leadership and commercial teams. Cover pipeline, churn, revenue trends, and ad hoc requests as they come.
- Analytical Roadmap - Define the analytics agenda for our commercial departments. Identify where data is missing or misread and work proactively to close those gaps.
- Systems and Data Integration - Own the data flow between CRM, BI tools, and the rest of the commercial stack. Fix problems at the source, not around them. This is the layer the team has been missing.
- Workflow Optimisation – Spot manual and repetitive processes across the commercial data stack and build better alternatives. Use AI tools actively to automate analytical work, improve reporting turnaround, and free up capacity for higher-value tasks.
- Data Architecture and Visualisation - Design and maintain the reporting structures that support commercial decision-making. Build scalable dashboards and contribute to our Tableau Next implementation.
- Data Quality and Forecasting - Monitor CRM and other commercial data quality, identify issues, and support forecasting with structured analysis and materials for leadership review cycles.
- Collaboration - Work with the RevOps team and commercial stakeholders to ensure data and insight serve real decisions. Contribute beyond your primary focus area as part of a small, high-ownership team.
You will bring:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, analytics, BI, or a technically oriented commercial role. A technical academic background is equally welcome.
- Strong commercial understanding. Pipeline coverage, conversion rates, churn, ARR, and NRR are part of how you think.
- Hands-on experience with BI tooling such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot to optimise workflows and accelerate output, including data analysis, documentation, and process automation. Familiarity with workflow automation tools is a plus.
- CRM experience is a requirement. You are comfortable working with CRM objects, fields, and data structures on the reporting and data side. Salesforce specifically is a strong bonus.
- A systems thinker who understands how data moves between platforms and how to fix it upstream.
- Structured, independent, and direct. You own your work and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

You will join a three-person RevOps team and play a key role in building the analytics capability that supports commercial decision-making across United Fintech.
