ReBloom is an AI-native fintech platform headquartered in Copenhagen, building the leading technology infrastructure for private market secondary transactions bringing public market sophistication like Dark Pools, IOI matching, and AI-powered Order Management Systems to private secondaries. Our institutional clients include some of the most prominent names in pre-IPO tech. We are profitable, our pipeline is compounding, and we are now building the team to match our momentum.

You'll work directly with our CTO and technical team to:

- Build production-grade infrastructure: Architecting and developing robust backend systems and APIs as we continue to build a robust foundation for our codebase.

- Contribute to AI-driven solutions: Collaborate on Applied AI projects to push state-of-the-art applications in finance while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

- Shape product direction: Bringing entrepreneurial thinking and driving innovation as we expand our capabilities and define the future of private market infrastructure

Qualifications

- Strong full-stack development skills with emphasis on backend architecture and modern tech stacks

- Experience with modern frameworks, API development, and cloud deployment

- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

- Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in private markets and applied AI

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and meet project deadlines

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

Strong Advantages

- Prior startup experience, especially in fintech

- Hands-on experience with modern AI tech stacks (Langchain, Llamaindex, Langfuse, vector databases, Vercel)

- Experience building and deploying production-grade APIs in cloud environments

- A strong curiosity and willingness to learn about private markets and financial technology
