As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Data Engineer / BI Developer to join our team. This is a key position where you'll work on real-world business challenges, collaborate with international clients, and build solutions that enable better decision-making through data.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Snowflake.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Build intuitive, interactive, and business-friendly Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Work with dbt (Data Build Tool) to develop and manage data transformation workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery while maintaining data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Apply data management best practices across the data lifecycle.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with challenging timelines and evolving priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Excellent SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT development and data pipeline design.
• Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Good understanding of cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
• Strong expertise in developing user-friendly, interactive, and visually compelling Power BI dashboards.
• Solid understanding of data management fundamentals and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under strict deadlines.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
