Role Description The Senior Data Analyst will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure that support analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making across Outrig’s growing portfolio. This full-time, on-site role in Cleveland, OH involves developing and optimizing ETL processes, implementing data models, and ensuring data quality and integrity for business-critical systems. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, integrate data from multiple sources, and support the creation of dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing data warehousing solutions, monitoring data workflows, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to best practices for data governance and security. The role also involves proposing enhancements to the data architecture to support new products, services, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Engineering and experience building scalable data solutions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing for designing efficient, reliable data structures.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) development and optimization for integrating diverse data sources.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Data Analytics to support reporting, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms or databases (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and related tooling.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality practices, and security standards in a production environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Cleveland, OH, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners, and adapt in a rapidly growing organization.
