Data Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help design and scale a modern data ecosystem that powers analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

📍 Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 remote) Cedar Falls, IA

💰 Salary: $95K – $147K (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines
• Develop and automate ETL processes to support data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
• Translate data architecture designs into efficient, functional pipelines
• Move and integrate data across systems and databases
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and reliability
• Load and maintain data within warehouse environments

What You Bring:

• Strong experience with data pipeline development, ETL, and automation
• Hands-on expertise with SQL (SSMS), including complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience with data ingestion from files/external systems and cross-database data movement
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and pipeline documentation/change management

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or AWS
• Python or PySpark skills
