Position: Business/Data Analyst

Location: Pittsburg, PA.

Work model: 3 days/week onsite.

Type: Fulltime/Permanent.



Required Skills & Qualifications


Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or other requirement management tools.
  • Good understanding of data models, ETL processes, and analytics frameworks.

Core Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Proven experience in UAT ownership and execution.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery mode.


Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in Business/Data Analysis roles.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end analytical solutions.
  • Proven track record of hands-on contributions with measurable outcomes.
