About the Role
Senior Analytics Engineers serve as key partners to stakeholders across engineering, operations, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
The team focuses on building data products, applications, and workflows that improve decision making and create measurable business impact. Success requires a blend of technical depth, business understanding, and a strong sense of ownership.
Rather than concentrating on dashboards and reporting alone, engineers develop solutions that influence how the organization operates on a daily basis.
Project work spans a variety of business-critical domains, including operational performance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, financial planning, and product telemetry. Strong performers earn significant ownership and play an active role in shaping how data is leveraged across the business.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop scalable data models that support business-critical decision making
- Build analytics products, applications, and workflows that improve operational performance
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- Create automation and data-driven processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Develop reliable data foundations that support reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the evolution of enterprise-wide data architecture and best practices
- Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Deliver measurable business impact through thoughtful problem solving and execution
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, analytics, or a related field
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, entity modeling, and broader data architecture principles
- Experience building scalable data products and systems
- Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and reason through system design decisions
- Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dbt
- Experience working within manufacturing, hardware, robotics, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or other physical-world environments
- Experience working with telemetry, operational systems, or machine-generated data
- Exposure to distributed systems and large-scale data platforms
- Experience supporting operational decision making through analytics and data products

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $170,000 - $222,000
Compensation includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

The team operates in a highly collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on in-person partnership and problem solving.
