Machine Learning Engineer

What will your tasks be?

We are looking for ambitious candidates who will support us in our productive environment to:

• Drive the scaling of new banking solutions with the help of data science
• Be the mastermind in practical application of machine learning solutions
• Contribute to RBI Group transformation into a data-driven company & most recommended financial institute

You will be part of our adaptive set-up where data engineers, data scientists, ML engineers as well as business experts internationally work together on different use cases.

• Participate in design sessions and architecture discussions with Data Engineers and Data Scientist
• Build, execute and maintain Data&ML pipelines in production
• Set up robust CI/CD using GitHub Actions and Databricks Repos
• Packing our solutions into reusable fast-scalable components
• Monitor data quality and model metrics, setting up alerts and observability tools
• Find and adopt best practices, share your knowledge with the team and constantly learn from others

Application requires

• At least 2 years experience, preferably in cloud environment
• Proficiency in Python (clean, readable, modular code), experience in reusable libraries creation
• Deep knowledge in PySpark, Python and SQL
• Experience with Lakehouses and IaaC deployment principles
• Basic shell scripting and troubleshooting
• Experience with ML and AI projects
• Fluent English, spoken and written

Will be a plus:

• BSc in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, or related major
• Solid understanding of ML principles and frameworks
• Cloud skills (any of GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Experience working within agile (scrum) methodology
