Data Engineer
We are looking for a colleague who will be actively participating in the further development of the corporate data warehouse.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the daily maintenance & further development of the Reynaers corporate data warehouse. In order to achieve this, you will be:
- Building ETL flows.
- Assuring data quality is kept.
- Improving our data integration.
- Sharing best practices with other colleagues.
- Working closely together with our internal departments, in order to work out an appropriate business solution.
Your Profile
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has a hands-on mentality.
- Loves to put order in data chaos.
- Delivers work with high quality & precision.
- Is eager to learn.
- Has approximately 1 or 2 years minimum experience a previous experience / knowledge in
- Data warehousing & data modelling.
- ETL tools.
- Previous experience on SQL server is a plus
- Preferably understands what the connection is between data warehousing and visualization (in a BI environment)
- Has a bachelor’s degree (for example in Applied Computer Science)
- Is fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
