Our data landscape is evolving — and this is where you come in. As a Data Engineer with us, you will play a key role in transforming our hybrid environment into a modern, scalable, cloud-first platform built on Microsoft Fabric. You’ll work hands-on with both legacy and modern technologies, ensuring reliable, high-quality data across the business.
This is a role for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity and drive — and who wants real impact on how we build, structure, and scale our data platform going forward.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines across legacy and modern platforms
- Build and evolve solutions in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Notebooks)
- Build and support scalable data models and semantic layers for reporting (e.g. Power BI, DAX)
- Drive the transition to a scalable medallion architecture
- Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, SFTP, Delta Share)
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps practices, and leverage modern tools (including AI) to improve ways of working
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer in a hybrid environment, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong programming and querying skills in Python/PySpark and SQL
- Proven experience building and optimizing modern data pipelines and workflows
- Experience working with version control, CI/CD, and DevOps-oriented practices
- Experience working with data modeling and enabling semantic layers for reporting (e.g. Power BI)
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
