About The Role
We are looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our data capabilities. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, analytics models, and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact data products and help advance our analytics and data science capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and data architectures
- Build and optimise analytics models and datasets for business use
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across systems
- Support and evolve internal data platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
- Enable advanced analytics and data science initiatives
- Drive improvements in data automation and reporting efficiency
- Experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related role
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
- Ability to work with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Exposure to data science workflows or advanced analytics
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices
- Strong experience with Python development
- Experience building data pipelines and data processing workflows
- Familiarity with Django or similar web frameworks
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualisation tools
- Understanding of data architecture and system integration
- Exposure/experience with LLMs and other forms of generative AI
- Strong SQL skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms or modern data stacks (desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of C based languages (desirable)
- Degree qualified in a Data science, Computing and/or Physics related discipline with proven relevant experience since graduating
- Equivalent industry experience in data engineering or analytics.
