Senior ETL Developer

🎯 We're looking for Senior ETL Developer!

You will join a challenging data project, contributing to the design, development and optimization of data integration solutions. You will work with modern data architectures and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions with a strong business impact.

🧠 What we're looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong track record in designing and developing ETL solutions
• In-depth mastery of SQL for querying, manipulating and optimizing relational databases
• Significant experience with at least one of the following ETL tools: Informatica PowerCenter, ODI, Talend or Stambia
• Solid knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles, including star schema and snowflake schema
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms
• Knowledge of data warehousing best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to Big Data technologies and modern data architectures
• Experience in performance tuning and database optimization

• Design, develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across systems
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions
• Support troubleshooting, incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to data engineering best practices and technical documentation
