Senior Data Engineer | Big Data

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join an international and highly collaborative team, working alongside Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Software Developers to design and deliver innovative data solutions in a modern Big Data environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale data initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and work closely with teams across different countries in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize Data Lake pipelines using Python and PySpark.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and propose scalable data architecture solutions.
• Build and industrialize data products and automation processes.
• Develop solutions ranging from simple enhancements to complex Big Data use cases.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, developers, and data teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing data processes and platforms.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and continuously improve data practices and frameworks.
• Work within Agile teams and actively participate in solution design and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Big Data environments.
• Strong experience with Big Data and NoSQL technologies, including Hadoop ecosystem components.
• Solid experience with Python and PySpark.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Modeling principles.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance optimization and tuning.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Exposure to Azure, SSIS, or SSAS.
• Microsoft certifications related to Data, Analytics, or Power Platform.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Dataverse.
• French language skills are highly valued.
