Data Engineer (HYBRID @Braga)

We are looking for an Amazing: Data Engineer

Seniority: +3 years

Type of position: HYBRID (3x/week at Braga)

The amazing you, will have:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Java, Scala, or JavaScript
• Solid experience with SQL and data querying
• Knowledge of data modelling and distributed data architectures
• Experience working with Big Data technologies and ecosystems
• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including use cases and trade-offs
• Familiarity with tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Cassandra, or similar technologies

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Experience with orchestration and workflow management tools such as Airflow
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience building cloud-native data platforms
• Knowledge of data lake and data warehouse concepts
