Qualifications

*8-10 years of relevant hands-on work experience as Senior Data Developer or Data Analytics Lead.

*Expertise in designing and maintaining Oracle PL/SQL queries

*Expertise in Python programming

*Strong understanding of relational databases

*Experience performing in-depth data analysis and data profiling activities

*Experience mentoring/leading other data analysts

*Strong interpersonal skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems; excellent teamwork skills

*Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills

*Experience identifying and implementing process improvement

*Solid skills effectively managing multiple small to large projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment

*Awareness and understanding of AI/ML tools and techniques in data analytics (e.g., machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, predictive modeling).

*Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques in data analysis projects is a plus

*Exposure data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, etc (nice to have)

Education

*Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science or Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or other similar degrees.
