Data Engineer required to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale data and digital transformation programmes across the UK public sector on a predominantly remote basis. Must be actively SC Cleared.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance and support data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and curation of data
- Design and implement secure, scalable and high-performing data integration solutions
- Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data products
- Optimise and maintain data platforms to ensure reliability, performance and security
- Share best practices, support team development and contribute to engineering standards
- Collaborate within Agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams
Essential Skills
- Active SC clearance needed
- Strong SQL and data modelling experience
- Hands-on experience with Talend
- Experience working with Pentaho Business Analytics (BA)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases
- Experience delivering data solutions within AWS cloud environments
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles including integration, transformation, orchestration and version control
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
