What You Bring to Cambia:
The Enrollment/Product Forecast Analyst would have a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent related field and 3+ years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
The Enrollment/Product Forecast Analyst Senior would have a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent related field and 7+ years job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Master's degree preferred.

- Ability to analyze internal performance data, market activity and corporate strategy to deliver short term and long-term forecasting at multiple levels, including companies, segments and products.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with regulators.
- Oversees process and ensures accurate delivery of all internal reporting and external filings.
- Ability to utilize business tools, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), as well as proficiency with data analytics tools, such as SQL, SAS, Tableau.
- Demonstrated ability to retrieve complex data sets from internal systems, such as Facets, to support ongoing enrollment analysis activities.
- Ability to work independently, on projects and issues with medium financial and/or risk impact to the corporation.
- Acts as a business partner with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Finance, Member Services and Marketing by providing corporate enrollment results monthly.
- Represents Enrollment & Forecasting, as well as the Product Department, in cross-functional activities that impact department operations.
- Responds to and fulfills, where appropriate, ad-hoc data requests.
- Develops on-going product enrollment and/or enrollment sensitivity modeling and gauges impact to Cambia products and/or lines of business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provides follow-up functional and analytical support to departmental and single users of enrollment results to promote better understanding of the data.
- Prepares enrollment trends by segment and/or product for strategy development, using quantifiable data, which may include sales data retrievals from within the organization.
- Prepares ongoing analyses to support Cambia's quarterly forecast planning sessions for each affiliate plan to generate short-term enrollment projections in preparation for corporate quarterly financial and/or operational reviews. This may also include assisting with the development of long-term projections utilized in the corporate scenario planning process.
- Analyzes Cambia's product enrollment life cycle for determining potential impacts from pricing, promotion, product and competitive environment changes might have on Cambia's performance.
- Prepares and presents analytic reports and business recommendations to internal customers.
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate current forecast and/or products goals, researching and evaluating current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to acquire and retain members in the marketplace based on the product portfolio.
- Provides the opportunity to improve customer satisfaction and positively impact business results through the following activities: Continual process improvement to ensure streamlined, systematic approach to reporting and forecasting while utilizing standard tools; Coordination and analysis of product enrollment life cycle and enrollment forecasting; Interaction with Sales and Operations departments to maintain current and accurate forecasts; Accountable for developing accurate short-term forecast, as well as timely delivery of forecast files to users; Preparation of filings for the BCBSA, DOI, and other external customers as needed, including RFP requests.
- Provides staff support to Director of Enrollment & Forecasting in many enrollment and product enrollment analysis activities.
- Mentor and support members of Product Development, as well as other departments, in utilizing and interpreting data to create valid, useful information using the most current tools and processes.
- Act as a resource to all levels of Product Development staff regarding enrollment, forecasting and/or performance of all product offerings.
- Leads Enrollment & Forecasting team in reporting process improvement specific to reporting automation.
- Leads enrollment data validation and investigation, and act as primary contact for enrollment specific data warehouse correction activities.
- Prepares in-depth product enrollment and/or enrollment analysis for management to make informed decisions.
- Participate and/or lead monthly forecast meetings with Sales leadership and Plan Presidents to ensure proper staffing levels for operational departments as well as supporting all financial modeling based on membership.
- Lead cross functional meetings, including the development of materials, agenda and analysis for participants from Market Insights, Product Development, Marketing services, Underwriting and Finance.
- Able to communicate effectively and work directly with the senior management, including COO, CFO, CRO, Plan Presidents, etc.
- Represent department specific to enrollment reporting, enrollment forecasting and product performance.
- Maintains department specific database, including building and updating tables and security access.
- Represents Cambia internally and externally as a subject matter expert.

- May be required to work outside normal hours.
- Travel may be required, locally or out of state.
- Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $76,500.00 – $103,500.00, the full salary range is $72,000.00 – $117,000.00 and the bonus target is 10%.
- North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $73,231.73 - $99,078.23, the full salary range is $66,273.48 - $106,036.49.
- Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $92,700.00 – $125,400.00, the full salary range is $87,000.00 – $142,000.00 and the bonus target is 15%.
- North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $90,906.79 - $122,991.55, the full salary range is $80,716.23 - $133,182.10.
