Must have
- Availability to work nightshift hours (flexible schedule)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or BI Engineer on cloud data systems
- Proven Microsoft Fabric experience covering OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Data Factory, and Spark notebooks
- Demonstrated ability to build datamarts and apply dimensional modeling for BI and analytics use cases
- Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills
- Experience partnering with BI teams to deliver reporting and semantic model solutions
Strong advantage
- Working knowledge of the broader Azure data stack including ADF, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and ADLS Gen2
- Hands-on Power BI development including semantic models and DAX
- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 data into a lakehouse or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks and monitoring best practices at scale
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications such as DP-700 (Fabric Data Engineer), DP-203, or PL-300
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, dbt, or infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Bicep
- Background in CPG, life sciences, or wellness industries
