🔹 Technical Individual Contributors (2–8 Years Experience)

1. Data Engineer – Data Platforms

• Experience: 2–3 Years
• Core Stack: Python, MLOps, Docker.
• The Plus Factor: Experience with Domino Lab, NiFi, Kafka, or Jupyter Lab.

2. Data Engineer – Data Integration

• Experience: 2–3 Years
• Core Stack: Informatica, DataStage, Control-M, UNIX Scripting.
• The Plus Factor: Solid experience in Snowflake and DBT.

3. Associate Data Engineer (Informatica)

• Experience: 3+ Years
• Core Stack: Bachelor’s Degree, English Proficiency.
• The Plus Factor: Expertise in Snowflake SQL, Snowpipe, Streams/Tasks, and performance tuning. Knowledge of DBT, Fivetran, or ADF.

4. Senior Associate Data Engineer (Snowflake)

• Experience: 3+ Years
• The Role: Lead design/implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines; drive clustering and warehouse optimization; mentor junior engineers.
• The Plus Factor: Advanced SQL, Python, and data modeling. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and secure data sharing.

5. Senior Associate Data Engineer (Databricks)

• Experience: 4–8 Years
• Core Stack: Extensive Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL) and Delta Lake.
• The Plus Factor: Proficiency in cloud orchestration, performance tuning, and operational monitoring.

🔸 Leadership & Strategy (7–20 Years Experience)

6. Data Engineering Lead – Manager

• Experience: 7–11 Years
• The Role: Define governance, lead multi-phase engagement planning, and manage financial forecasting/resource allocation.
• Required: Strong SQL/ETL knowledge, Agile delivery, and executive communication skills.
• The Plus Factor: Tableau/Power BI experience and program management expertise.

7. Practice Head – Director

• Experience: 14–20 Years
• The Role: Own executive-level client relationships, drive financial performance/profitability, and build high-performing delivery teams.
• Required: End-to-end managed analytics service delivery and pre-sales/solutioning experience.
• The Plus Factor: Deep expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
