Aufgaben
- Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Konzepte
- Entwicklung moderner BI-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft-Technologien (Azure, Power BI, Synapse, SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen, ETL-Prozessen und Dashboards
- Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung bestehender BI-Anwendungen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Reporting- und Analyseanforderungen
- Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Konsistenz und Verfügbarkeit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, idealerweise Inhouse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse, SQL-Datenbanken) und Power BI
- Erfahrung in ETL-Entwicklung und Betrieb (SSIS, Azure Synapse, Datavault) sowie SSRS-Reporting
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und hohe Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
