Fund Reporting Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and scalable data solutions that support reporting, analytics, and business operations.
• Must have Fund Reporting experience
• Snowflake experience ideally
• Design, build, and optimise data models and datasets to meet evolving business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity through the implementation of quality controls, validation processes, and monitoring capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of data architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices.
• Support the automation of data workflows, deployment processes, and operational activities.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of data-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in data engineering, data platform development, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms and data warehouse technologies.
• Strong SQL and Python development skills.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT design principles.
• Experience working with cloud environments and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with modern data engineering frameworks and development practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
