Senior Data & Analytics Consultant (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a part of UX Intelligence, you will work in cross‑disciplinary teams of researchers, designers, developers, data experts, and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. You drive customer engagement by transforming diverse data into personalized user experiences. As a strategic partner within the Allianz environment, you design and implement analytics solutions that bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy. You establish scalable data processes and develop solutions that suit our customers, ensuring technical frameworks align with key business goals. By directly supporting the program management, you enable the delivery of data-driven initiatives that empower partners to maximize their information assets.

AS OUR SENIOR DATA & ANALYTICS CONSULTANT (M/F/D) YOUR TASKS WILL BE

• Management of assigned projects
• Close collaboration with different disciplines represented by us in the projects of Research, Design, Development, Agile Transformation
• You design varied and simplified data strategy with our clients
• Ensuring the success of your client’s projects (time, quality, budget), steering stakeholders and escalation management
• Working closely with Business Tribe Leads (supervisors) and contribute to their targets, Data Strategy Practices, Governance and vision
• Identifying possible measures to act and create Impact with Data-driven decision-making or AI use cases
• Facilitation of workshops (e.g. for KPI definition, Data Governance, or Enablement)
• Creation of KPI Dashboards and conducting ad-hoc Data Analysis to provide actionable Insights

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least five years of professional consulting or project experience specializing in data strategy, stakeholder engagement, change management, and project coordination
• Proven expertise in developing data strategies, architecting solutions, and performing business case assessments alongside roadmap planning.
• Hands-on proficiency with data platforms (SQL/NoSQL, ETL) and BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Communication and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive learner with an interest in AI-driven workflows and emerging trends in data ethics and privacy.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong cross-departmental relationships.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German (min. C1) and full professional fluency in English (min. C1).
• Mandatory permanent residency in the Stuttgart area.
• Technical skills e.g. Python, R, and SQL, with exposure to GenAI tools (GPT, Gemini, Copilot) and prompt engineering
