As a BI Engineer, you will work closely with our Marketing, UA, and Monetization teams to support and scale our growth data infrastructure. You will design reliable data pipelines and advanced modeling frameworks, enabling the business to optimize global ad spend, maximize ROAS, and accurately track player Lifetime Value (LTV).
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, orchestrate, and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using modern data engineering tools and orchestration frameworks (airflow).
- Build and optimize scalable data models in our Data Warehouse with a primary focus on complex marketing funnels, Cohort Analysis, ROAS, and LTV, while supporting broader product and business models.
- Act as the strategic data partner for Marketing, Product, and Monetization teams, translating business questions into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, freshness, and accuracy across all marketing reporting, while proactively proposing new BI initiatives to improve performance tracking.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer / Data Engineer in a Big Data environment, with a proven track record focused on Marketing.
- Expert SQL skills (experience with dbt for data transformation is a major advantage).
- Strong Data Modeling expertise and deep understanding of DWH methodologies (star schema, Kimball, etc.), preferably within Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Attribution (MMPs): Deep understanding of AppsFlyer data, and ad network APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Data Visualization: Proficient in building advanced dashboards in modern BI tools (Omni is a strong advantage, Looker or Tableau).
- Education: BA/BSc degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and API integrations (advantage).
- Experience in the Mobile Gaming or Mobile Apps industry (advantage).
