Analytics Engineer – Databricks, Healthcare

A global digital health leader based in London is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to take ownership of data modelling and reporting, driving data-led decision making across the business as part of a large-scale transformation programme.

The successful applicant will work closely with senior leadership to develop and maintain robust data models, build insightful Power BI dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility across technology and business operations.

Location: London or Burton upon Trent, once a week in the office

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Benefits

To be considered, you'll need:

• A minimum of two years' experience with the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, including implementing Unity Catalog
• Deep understanding of Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture and analytics engineering principles
• Five years' experience using SQL and advanced data modelling
• Strong Power BI experience with a focus on data visualisation and storytelling
• Experience building semantic models, curated data products and enterprise reporting solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
