Associate Director – Forecasting Analytics

This role will lead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML-driven forecasting solutions across demand planning, inventory optimization, and predictive supply chain analytics.

Core responsibilities include:

• Defining the AI roadmap for forecasting and predictive analytics initiatives
• Developing and deploying advanced forecasting models (time-series, probabilistic forecasting, optimization models, GenAI solutions)
• Scaling AI products and forecasting engines across international business units
• Driving measurable business impact through forecast accuracy improvements, inventory reduction, and revenue optimization
• Leading teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Analytics professionals
• Partnering closely with supply chain, digital, and business leadership teams

Ideal background:

• Strong experience in AI/ML, Forecasting Analytics, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and MLOps environments
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate analytics into business value
• Proven leadership experience within enterprise transformation environments
