Who We're Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Data Engineer who thrives in building efficient, scalable, and reliable data pipelines. You’re a self-starter who can take ownership of projects, translate complex business needs into clean datasets, and optimize workflows for performance. If you’re strong in Snowflake, Looker, Python, SQL, and love solving problems with data, this might be your next big move.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leverage Snowflake and Looker to build, analyze, and optimize scalable data models and reporting solutions.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL to inform business decisions and improve data processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping elevate overall data capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and analytics teams.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization.
  • Drive automation, efficiency, and reliability in data processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the growth of our data engineering best practices.

Some Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Looker, Python, and SQL.
  • Proven ability to design, optimize, and maintain data workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
  • Self-starter mindset—comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
