How You Will Make an Impact?

As part of the Supply Chain Advanced Analytics product team, you will work across a broad analytics landscape supporting functions such as SC Finance, Logistics, Planning, QEHS and Procurement.

You will contribute to building and maintaining robust data solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver real value. You will not only implement solutions but also seek to understand business challenges, ask the right questions and help continuously improve how data is used across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation and delivery)
• Implement enhancements to improve functionality and performance of supported solutions
• Provide technical feedback and drive improvements to operational practices
• Lead and coordinate UAT and PAT with business stakeholders, ensuring solutions are challenged, validated and aligned with real business needs
• Share and document knowledge to support team development and future scalability

What Will Make You Successful?

We are looking for a data-focused IT Developer with strong analytical and collaboration skills, who thrives in a self-managing, collaborative and business-driven environment. You are curious about both data and the business behind it and motivated to understand how solutions create value. You have strong communication skills and can translate between technical and business perspectives as well as an eagerness to learn and continuously develop your technical and business skills. Further, we are looking for below professional competencies

• Hands-on experience with Azure data services (e.g., Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Azure Data Explorer)
• Good understanding of Azure as a platform
• Solid experience with data systems, analytics and databases
• SQL proficiency and working knowledge of relational databases
• Basic to intermediate Python knowledge
• Familiarity with data modelling and data pipeline technologies
• Experience with Git and branching strategies
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployments
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders (requirements gathering, alignment, etc.)
