CAMILLA is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer in Analytics & AI to join our Technology Tribe.

This is an exciting opportunity to own and evolve CAMILLA's analytics ecosystem, building the pipelines, models and dashboards that empower our teams to make smarter, faster decisions every day.
What you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Own the development, optimisation and ongoing support of CAMILLA's AWS analytics environment
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes and cloud data warehouse solutions
- Build and enhance business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions used across Retail, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain and People & Culture
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability and accessibility across our analytics platforms
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, dashboards and analytics infrastructure to maintain business continuity
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable solutions
- Partner with integration specialists to leverage real-time event-driven data from business systems including Shopify, NetSuite and other enterprise platforms
- Contribute to CAMILLA's evolving AI roadmap by helping establish strong data foundations for future AI and machine learning initiatives
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency, testing, documentation and solution delivery
What we are ideally looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in Full Stack Development, Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AWS analytics services, including Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, Amazon QuickSight and Amazon Athena
- Strong SQL capabilities, including complex querying, optimisation and dimensional data modelling
- Experience building and supporting business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and data integration concepts
- Experience providing production support, troubleshooting incidents and resolving data quality issues
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, Git version control and collaborative development practices
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
