Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to help build reliable, scalable, and rapid-delivery solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, ensuring open communication, high-quality results, and continuous improvement in our cloud and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable Azure infrastructure optimized for AI/ML workloads
• Deploy and maintain Azure AI technologies (OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry, APIM) for R&D and production
• Automate application deployment and scaling using Kubernetes
• Collaborate across development and QA teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines for rapid prototyping
• Implement security, compliance, and cost-management best practices
• Troubleshooting
• Stay ahead of the curve on new cloud, AI, and DevOps advancements

Requirements

• Azure Stack: At least 2 years of building secure, well-architected cloud environments
• AI Infrastructure: Experience with modern Azure AI tooling (AI Search, OpenAI, AI Foundry, AIM, AI Hub)
• Containers: Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration
• Observability & Automation: Familiarity with Seq for monitoring, alongside a strong grasp of modern CI/CD with Azure DevOps practices
• Experience in Azure infrastructure operations with Azure Monitor and other tools
