What you’ll do

You're the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers – handling their questions around orders, returns, products, and their overall shopping experience. In detail: Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries providing product information and shopping advice accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system close collaboration with your team and Team Lead
