Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and delivery of Supermicro’s Cloud and AI software solutions


  1. Architect and optimize cloud-native AI infrastructure for LLM training, inference, and AI application hosting.
  2. Engage with ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, VMware, OpenAI, Hugging Face) to enhance software integration.
  3. Develop and implement AI workload orchestration, automation, and cloud-native model serving infrastructure.
  4. Define and optimize performance, networking, and storage solutions for AI workloads.
  5. Provide guidance to technical field teams for cloud and AI software solutions customer engagements


  • Lead development and delivery of sales and technical enablement


  1. Perform gap analysis of enablement needs for different personas (e.g. sales, technical, internal, customers, partners)
  2. Design, build and deliver sales and technical enablement material (documentation, presentations, web contents, diagrams, video) and sessions (live/recorded/gamified) for different personas, audience sizes and delivery modes (online/onsite)
  3. Develop and manage sales and technical enablement web portal
  4. Manage sizing tools, demo and POC labs
