The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver enterprise-scale hybrid cloud platforms (primarily Microsoft Azure) across on-premises, leveraging Kubernetes and OpenShift to power modern applications.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle—from design to production rollout—turning architecture into real, high-impact systems used by leading organizations.
- Solve complex, real-world problems by translating client challenges into scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
- Accelerate innovation with modern engineering practices (DevOps, DevSecOps, IaC, automation), enabling fast, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
- Drive performance and resilience at scale, taking hands-on ownership of optimization, observability, and continuous improvement in mission-critical environments.
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; Microsoft Azure certifications are highly preferred, with additional cloud or Kubernetes certifications as a plus.
- 5+ years building and designing complex IT systems, with strong hands-on experience in cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Azure), containers, and modern infrastructure technologies.
- Strong problem solver who thrives on tackling complex, real-world technical challenges.
- Excellent communicator, able to influence both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Self-driven, fast learner who enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment.
- The Hybrid Cloud Technology Architect will primarily work in an office environment but may also be required to travel to various sites for implementation and support. This role may involve occasional after-hours work to address critical issues or to complete projects on time.
