The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to help scale and evolve our cloud platform.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on cloud architecture, platform engineering, reliability, security, cost optimization, and global infrastructure. You'll work closely with engineering teams to build and operate the infrastructure powering AI services, APIs, and real-time applications used by customers around the world.

Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Platform Ownership

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure environments

• Define infrastructure standards and architectural best practices

• Lead cloud platform improvements and modernization initiatives

• Ensure scalability, reliability, high availability, and operational excellence

• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code adoption and platform automation

Global Infrastructure

• Design and operate infrastructure spanning multiple geographic regions

• Develop resilient global architectures for low-latency service delivery

• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning

• Support international expansion and global traffic growth

Platform Engineering

• Manage infrastructure supporting applications, APIs, SDKs, and backend services

• Support deployment pipelines and release management processes

• Participate in end-to-end testing and troubleshooting

• Work closely with software engineering teams to improve performance and reliability

Real-Time Systems

• Design and support infrastructure powering real-time communication services

• Ensure low-latency, high-performance delivery across production environments

Customer Environment Management

• Deploy and manage dedicated customer environments

• Build and maintain testing, staging, and production endpoints

• Support enterprise customer infrastructure requirements

• Assist with onboarding and implementation activities

Cost Optimization & Resource Management

• Optimize cloud resource utilization across production environments

• Manage and improve efficiency of CPU, GPU, storage, and networking resources

• Balance performance, scalability, and infrastructure costs

• Drive cloud cost optimization and FinOps-related initiatives

Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices

• Manage permissions, access controls, and VPN environments

• Support governance, compliance, and certification-related initiatives

• Establish monitoring, logging, auditing, and observability standards

Required Experience

• Experience designing and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure (we are cloud agnostic)

• Experience supporting infrastructure across multiple geographic regions

• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments

• Experience working with Helm

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles

• Ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure, platform, and application layers

• Experience with real-time technologies

• Ability to take ownership of cloud infrastructure end-to-end

• Business-level English communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Experience

• Cloud Architect, Platform Architect, or similar infrastructure leadership experience

• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or AI-powered products

• Experience managing GPU-intensive workloads

• Experience operating large-scale API-based services

• Experience supporting high-volume production environments

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging solutions

• Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices

• Experience supporting security, governance, and compliance initiatives

• Experience operating global or multi-region cloud environments
