Senior Technical Operations Engineer

Seeking a senior technical engineer to own customer software installations, SQL troubleshooting, infrastructure support, cloud systems, and escalated technical issues for a growing software company.
Must be highly independent, customer-facing, and experienced with Microsoft environments, networking, and enterprise troubleshooting.
