We are looking for an Senior Technical Architect / Solutions Architect with 12+ years of infrastructure and enterprise tools experience, strong Observability & AIOps expertise, customer-facing pre-sales/RFP solutioning experience, and the ability to design and lead enterprise-scale monitoring and automation transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead solutioning activities for RFPs/RFIs and customer pursuits

✅ Design and present compelling Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations

✅ Act as a trusted advisor for Observability, AIOps, Automation, and Enterprise Operations solutions

✅ Work closely with Sales teams and customers to modernize and rearchitect enterprise monitoring ecosystems

✅ Define and implement end-to-end technical architecture frameworks

✅ Create high-level solution designs aligned with business and technical requirements

✅ Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams

✅ Ensure successful architecture implementation and delivery across customer environments

✅ Develop reusable architecture artifacts, documentation, and best practices

Required Skills:

✔ 12+ years of IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology experience

✔ Strong background in Technical Architecture and Solution Design

✔ Expertise in Observability, AIOps, Monitoring, Automation, and Operations Management

✔ Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, or similar solutions

✔ Strong Cloud knowledge across AWS, Azure, or GCP

✔ Experience in customer-facing roles, solution consulting, and pre-sales engagements

✔ Skilled in creating technical proposals, architecture roadmaps, and implementation strategies

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science (Master's preferred)

✅ Experience working across multiple service lines including Cloud, Enterprise Tools, Automation, and AI

✅ Ability to work with global teams and support multiple time zones

✅ Willingness to travel as required

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
