Operations and Maintenance Engineer

(Sat–Wed): Dedicated M&O Engineers

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Candidates with Alibaba Cloud operation and maintenance experience as well as EU node deployment & O&M experience are preferred.

Proficient in container technology (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ACK), with hands-on experience in daily operation and maintenance of K8s clusters.

Familiar with O&M of middleware including MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and Kafka, capable of performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Familiar with deployment and operation & maintenance of MQTT middleware such as EMQX/EMQ, and knowledgeable about the message link architecture of vehicle networking.

Proficient in monitoring systems including Prometheus, Grafana, CloudMonitor and ARMS, with experience in building hierarchical alert systems.

Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell and Python, as well as configuration management tools like Ansible, with solid capabilities in automated operation and maintenance.

With strong awareness of information security, able to implement network security hardening including least privilege, bastion host, VPC security groups and TLS encryption.

Familiar with GDPR data localization requirements, capable of conducting compliant O&M including full-process screen recording, audit logging and PII desensitization.

Able to provide 7×24-hour on-duty emergency response and accept shift work.

Candidates with O&M experience in information security platforms such as PKI, KMSand VSOC, as well as EU local cloud operation experience are preferred.
