Must Have Skills:

5+ years of hands-on AWS Public Cloud experience

Strong AWS Solution/Cloud Architecture experience

Guidewire domain experience (Preferred: PolicyCenter)

Strong #P&C Insurance domain knowledge

Experience developing Microservices and cloud-native applications

Application architecture, solution design, and modernization

Experience creating HLDs, LLDs, and reference architectures

CI/CD, cloud best practices, and production deployments

Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI-driven automation

Experience in Policy Modernization initiatives

Public cloud architecture certifications
