Job Description
You will own the entire infrastructure at SolveAI, setting the technical direction for production environments and customer deployments. This high-leverage role combines internal platform engineering with customer-facing architecture, as you lead security reviews and design deployment patterns for demanding enterprise clients within a high-caliber team of ex-Palantir and Citadel engineers.
Location

Why this role is remarkable
- Full autonomy to design and build a modern infrastructure stack from scratch with no inherited tech debt or committee-based decision-making.
- Backed by $50M from premier investors GV and Accel, working alongside a world-class team from Palantir, Citadel, and Twitter.
- Unique hybrid impact where you define how AI-driven software is securely deployed and trusted by some of the world's most demanding enterprises.
- Own the AWS footprint, EKS clusters, and Terraform codebase while designing sophisticated multi-tenancy isolation and performance patterns.
- Build a comprehensive observability stack using Datadog to ensure high reliability and lead technical security reviews with enterprise customer architects.
- Design and execute customer deployment strategies, enabling SolveAI to run seamlessly in client cloud environments or complex on-prem setups.
- Deep technical expertise in AWS, operator-level Kubernetes, and Terraform module design, preferably gained as a primary infrastructure owner at a startup.
- Strong customer-facing instincts with the ability to navigate complex security deep-dives and communicate clearly with enterprise infrastructure teams.
- Proficiency in Rust or Python sufficient to trace performance issues from the infrastructure layer deep into the core application code.
