Summary:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate with both cloud and traditional infrastructure. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and creates proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of the proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with business needs is also a key part of the daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud applications.
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance and security.
• Document architecture designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members in understanding cloud platform concepts and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Experience with designing and testing cloud application architectures.
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud platform integration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
