We build, maintain, automate & publish trials, demos, digital experience centre & events environments loaded with Siemens DI software on various virtualization platforms such as VMware, AWS & Azure. We work with multi-functional teams to enable a consistent technical message and accessible platforms, and we proudly watch the content and environments we create support some of the most strategic marketing initiatives in the company.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Multi Cloud Platform admin & Security Engineer + DevOps

Extensive experience in automating cloud infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code and scripting-based automation across leading public cloud platforms. Strong hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and handling core cloud services spanning compute, storage, networking, databases, serverless, integration, and monitoring. Validated capability in architecting secure cloud platforms, including network segmentation, identity and access management, multi-account/subscription models, and platform governance. Skilled in designing backup, disaster recovery, cost management, and optimization strategies aligned with enterprise and business requirements. Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity architecture, covering layered security, zoning, API and endpoint protection, data security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Experienced in authentication and authorization solutions such as MFA, SSO, and identity management. Adept at security assessments, risk analysis, RFP solutioning, and developing enterprise security policies, standards, controls, and application-specific security frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• Relevant experience of 5 years on Cloud Technologies like AWS or Azure.
• Expertise in Network and Security components
• Should be well versed and knowledgeable on the pillars of Well Architected Framework
• Must have knowledge on scripting technologies like Python
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong engineering approach. Ability and willingness to work across various Cloud Architecture / Agile / DevOps initiatives. Ability to take care of ambiguity.
• High level understanding of systems and processes supported by the system.
• Sound technical skills, high proficiency, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and time management skills.
• Understanding of Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) and vulnerability databases like CVE
• Experience in developing and implementing a patch management strategy for cloud resources.
• Proactive approach to automating routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
