Job Description

Our Solutions team is dedicated to driving the design, evolution, and sustainability of AI and data-focused software solutions. We are passionate about creating scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions that deliver real value. From initial ideation and architectural design to development, deployment, and lifecycle management, our team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI and data solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and enterprise strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define IT strategies that leverage emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Solution Development: Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, applying best practices in software engineering, AI, and data management.
• Systems Design: Develop comprehensive systems designs that meet current needs and provide a foundation for future scalability and adaptability.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical specialist in AI and data technologies, guiding teams in the application of advanced methodologies and tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
• Innovation and Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation by monitoring emerging technologies and driving continuous improvement in processes and methodologies
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, building organizational capability and promoting professional growth.

Change Management: Lead change implementation planning and management to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in solution or enterprise architecture roles
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex AI and data solutions at an enterprise level
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in programming and software development languages (e.g., Python, C#).
• Strong understanding of systems design, data modeling, and data management principles.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools including Angular or React or VueUnderstanding and experience with GitHub and CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• Docker, AWS, and Azure & Cloud.
• Snowflake and IoT data such as MQTT and Kafka.
• Understanding of contemporary and traditional AI frameworks, OpenAI and Bedrock services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams Strong stakeholder relationship management skills Experience in organizational capability development and teambuilding.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to monitor and leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Experience with quality management and governance frameworks.
