✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and SDx principles.
- Proven experience with automation at scale in enterprise environments.
- Ability to design modular, reusable, and version-controlled automation solutions.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD best practices and pipeline orchestration.
- Understanding of hybrid automation models (declarative + imperative).
- Strong focus on security, compliance, and auditability in automation workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work across multiple teams and domains.
Technical skills (must):
- Scripting: PowerShell and/or Python.
- Automation & Orchestration: Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Terraform.
- CI/CD & Pipelines: Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket or similar).
- Infrastructure & Platforms: Windows / Linux environments.
- Virtual infrastructures and cloud platforms.
- Containers & Dev Environments: Docker, OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Protocols & Integration: API-driven automation, WinRM / SSH.
- English fluent
Valuable knowledge (nice to have):
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, GitOps, and ITIL methodologies.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, or event-driven automation solutions.
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments with strong focus on automation, platform engineering, and operational excellence.
- AI & Automation interest or experience: Applying AI to IT operations.
- Intelligent automation / AIOps.
- Autonomous agents.
- AI integration into operational workflows.
👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈
- Drive the transformation from traditional infrastructure to automated, policy-driven, declarative platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible/AAP and Terraform.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git (Bitbucket or similar).
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools in PowerShell and Python to support automation and integration.
- Work with Windows and Linux environments, virtual infrastructures, and cloud platforms to enable scalable automation.
- Implement and manage container-based environments (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
- Design and implement API-driven automation and integrations using protocols such as WinRM and SSH.
- Establish and promote best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistent adoption across teams.
- Create and maintain clear documentation to accelerate knowledge transfer and scalability of automation solutions.
- Mentor engineers and stakeholders, acting as a technical advisor and change agent in automation and platform engineering.
- Foster a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and platform teams.
- Contribute to initiatives around observability, monitoring, and event-driven automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Platform, Security, ITSM) to ensure secure, compliant, and auditable solutions.
