Solutions Architect

Are you passionate about combining technical expertise with customer dialogue, and want to play a key role in shaping solutions that truly make a difference? As a Solutions Architect at Elastisys, you will work closely with both customers and our internal teams, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

About the role

In this role, you sit at the intersection of customer, product, and engineering. As a technical partner in our sales processes, you'll be responsible for the technical aspects of customer interactions, making sure we design and deliver solutions that truly make a difference. You'll also ensure that solution architect deliverables are high quality and well defined, while continuously improving our solution architecture processes and ways of working. Working closely with our delivery, product, and engineering teams, you'll make sure that what we propose is what we build, and over time you'll become a trusted advisor that customers turn to whenever they're scaling or rethinking their setup.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines deep technical competence with strong communication skills. You thrive in customer facing roles, have a solution-oriented mindset, and are motivated by building long term business relationships. You likely bring proven experience in solution architecture along with extensive knowledge of the cloud native industry, including a few years of working with public clouds and cloud native technologies. Familiarity with the Elastisys technology stack is a plus, as is the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and engagingly.

An academic degree in cloud computing or similar is one way to have built this. It's your competence and curiosity that count. If you recognize yourself in most of this but not all, apply anyway. We'd rather hear from you and talk it through.
