Google Project / Change Management Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Google Project Manager with exposure to Change Management for our Cloud Productivity team to drive successful delivery and adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini solutions for our clients. This hybrid role combines structured project execution with human-centric adoption strategies to manage successful Google Workspace migrations.

What You Will Do

Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of complex Google Workspace deployment and optimization programs. Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent communication, risk mitigation, and alignment on deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs
• At least 3 years specifically focused on Google Workspace deployments and Change Management
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)
• Google Workspace Professional Administrator or Deployment Specialist credentials
