- 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Extensive experience working with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Strong background in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Agentic AI tools to automate DevOps workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Deep experience in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Practical experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.
- Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
